Description of Transaction
Advised EOS International on a joint venture with CreditCN to form EOS CreditCN Credit Management (Beijing) Ltd., in which EOS holds a 51% stake while CreditCN has the remaining 49%. EOS CreditCN will offer account receivables management and consulting services for companies with business interests or private customers in China.
