Description of Transaction
Advised Greencore Group plc on the sale of its malt business, Greencore Malt, to Axereal in a deal worth US$155 million. The deal tightens Greencore's strategic focus, strengthens its balance sheet and provides capital to fund future growth over time in its UK and US convenience food markets.
