Description of Transaction
Acted as advisor to Sulzer in the acquisition of Danish company Krøger A/S. The acquisition strengthens the position of Sulzer Mixpac as a global market leader providing system solutions for mixing and dispensing applications. The Sulzer global operational set-up and distribution network will render access to new geographical areas and market segments. The integration of the acquired business into Sulzer will begin immediately and all employees will be retained, ensuring ongoing customer dedication and quality commitment.
