Acted as financial advisor for Monaghan Middlebrook Mushrooms Ltd. and Gimv NV, the listed Belgium-based investment company, in the acquisition of Walkro International B.V. from Bencis Capital Partners B.V. and other shareholders. Based in the Netherlands, with additional production facilities in Belgium and Germany, Walkro International produces substrate for mushroom cultivation. Under the terms, Walkro International will continue to operate as an independent unit within the Monaghan Group, led by its existing management team.
