Outline of Responsibilities
On a daily basis, the AMD will be actively and deeply involved in the execution of the firm's engagements. This will include providing key team member skills and services that will require creative thinking, individual initiative, accepting challenge, and dedication to excellent client service. The AMD will report to senior members of the firm and be integral to client execution.
The AMD must have the confidence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal communication. The AMD's duties will include:

Transaction Execution - interacting with MASI's clients and their management to successfully accomplish the mission.

Financial Analysis - developing sophisticated financial models and modeling concepts,
conducting in-depth industry and comparative research, and authoring detailed reports and
memorandum.

Business Development - participation in firm marketing programs and development
of effective client presentations.
Years of Experience Required
4-6 years of work experiences with financial services or advisory services
Education Requirement
Undergraduate degree, advanced degree a plus but not required
Job Requirement Essential
A MASI AMD will need to have demonstrated the desire and ability to work in a high-energy work situation. An undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting will be a plus. A work history that displays a willingness to work in a non-conventional way is a plus.
